Ban on capitaliized nicks

Hello,

As per the network rules and general netiquette, caps is considered annoying and obtrusive. Can I suggest that fully capitalised nicknames are banned?

I hope I'm not the only one who feels the need to rip their hair out when caps are used.

The ban would be hard to enforce, and seems over-kill to me. If it annoys you, you are more than welcome to ban them from your channel

Alright, I just assumed it would be as simple as defining a new rule for nick name criteria.

I'll opt to use /ignore in the future.

Yes this annoying I would ban them but some of these people are good fiends so it's hard. Also the nickname always is eye grabbing it gets your attention so yes I will be adding this to my channel rules

Thornes: If I am not mistaken, NoNameScript can make it appear to you to not be all caps. Try it. Besides, with the caps you can tell whether or not to get the ban button ready.
