Hi all, a few months ago i received a letter from ACS law demanding a payment of £475.00 for an alledged copyright infringment of a porno movie. After panicking and blaming my partner and everyone within shouting distance I sent a letter of denial (LOD). After reading reports of ACS Law had ceased operating due to illegal practices I thought that was the end of the incident. However, today I received another letter "Notice Of Claim - Infringment Of Copyright" from a company called GCB Ltd. I have tried to find out about GCB Ltd but they appear not to have a web site.

Has anyone heard of GCB Ltd and if so can they point me in the right direction as to what I do next. HELP!!
Kind regards
Dr Pepper

consult with a lawyer or law firm, and contact your locale city, county and state government officals.

I pretty much got banned from #equestriadaily, possibly the network, for apparently doing the same thing but with music. I provided a file sharing link to a song I made into a MIDI of. It was a recreation of the Character Show theme of the Galaxian3 Project Dragoon Character Data video, I was inspired by a few days ago on Youtube.

Why would they do that? It's not infringing to share a MIDI file that you created! THAT'S A PRACTICE OF FAIR USE! Sorry, but these flank-holes better reinstate me, or there will be more problems down the road, no doubt!

Simmer down there, little pony. Everypony from #equestriadaily has moved to another network. You'll have to track them down elsewhere. This isn't really a Geekshed matter.
