GeekShed.Net IRC Network

This is slightly ticking me off, but I am unable to connect to irc.geekshed.net? When I join, I get this:

*** Using server entry geekshed, generic network entry
*** Error 10061 (Connection refused)

I used to be able to join without problem, same client, everything, but now, this error just shows up :/

What does this mean, and how can I fix it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hm, suddenly it works now.
I don't know why it happened though, I didn't do anything, and it just magically started working :/
