Can I get a fourm for my channel #MJH?

I was wondering if my channel could get a fourm so that people can apply for voice and halfop and just a general fourm for comments and suggestions for the channel #MJH. We hope you take this into account and consider it and if not we are happy enough to have our channel and small community network.

You need to have an average of 40 users regularly using your channel. When I joined just now, I was the only person. You'll need to work on having more folks before you're eligible for a forum.

To get more users in your channel you could put the flash chat client onto your site. People don't just join without a reason to be there.
