Consider lowering the 120 seconds you must have been using a nick to register it to 60 seconds

The reason for the 120 seconds is that its a one time wait, you don't register nicknames every day. But the wait time is used to prevent bot nets from flooding services with new registrations as they often try to do.
Sorry that its an inconvenience, but its there to make things easier for all of us, and prevent botnets from crashing services.
